Experience

I started working in high school, and that shaped how I approach everything else. Service work taught me consistency, pressure, teamwork, and responsibility before I ever brought those habits into software, research, and AI.

Auditor / Research Lab Assistant

AIEA Research Lab

Contributing to a project on robustifying autonomous vehicles by benchmarking reinforcement learning algorithms across simulation environments. The work spans setting up simulation infrastructure, running baseline RL experiments, comparing results across algorithms, and writing up the technical process so it’s reproducible.

Most of my time goes into moving research code from a local setup into headless and cloud environments using Nautilus, Kubernetes, CARLA, and Python. The end goal is a benchmarking framework that compares multiple RL algorithms cleanly, with weekly deliverables, documentation, and status updates along the way.

Certified Trainer

Chipotle

Worked 30+ hours a week through school and earned the certified trainer role. I’ve been trained across every major position, which means I move between stations as needed, help onboard new team members, and stay dependable when shifts get heavy.

This job has shaped my work ethic more than anything else. It taught me how to carry responsibility, communicate under pressure, and keep showing up, even while juggling classes, side projects, and long closing shifts.

Early Service Work

Wingstop · Little Caesars

My first jobs, picked up in high school. Fast-paced kitchens and counter work taught me the basics that still carry over: showing up on time, working clean, and pulling weight as part of a team.
